PCOD stands for Polycystic Ovarian
Disease, a hormonal disorder that causes cysts to grow in the ovaries. These
cysts can disrupt the menstrual cycle, leading to a variety of symptoms. It can
lead to irregular periods, weight gain, excessive hair loss, acne and fertility
issues.

etc.

Stress reduction is must. Try to
